bittersweet cafe
went to the bittersweet cafe in oakland this weekend
that’s a cup of “the bittersweet” (basically, a cup of hot dark chocolate. mmm.....) right there in that pic, along with a mini pear chocolate ginger muffin, which was extremely lovely.
bought a domori madagascar dark chocolate bar (70% pure cacao) which promised that it packed a passionfruit punch, and i actually liked it, though i couldn’t tell it was passionfruit. i thought 70% might be too strong, but it was still enjoyable.
now i just have to give my brother his 52% dark chocolate bar with earl grey in it, so i can taste that. it should be interesting!
